Triya's summer 2018 collection is a weather-related achievement that has changed everything. It tells of a rediscovered Brazil, translated into colors, plots and inspiration from the nature of our lands.
A native, cheerful and colorful Brazil that is represented in more than 15 prints, many inspired by the drawings and descriptive images that were sent to Portugal to report the tropical fauna and flora they had found here. Vintage models, such as corselets, corsets and skirts, deconstructed and repaginated, full of comfort. Crafts such as lacework, braiding, straw weaving, indigenous baskets made of silk and lycra, in search of roots.
The ruffle that imitates palm leaves in loose silhouettes. An extensive, light color chart of many shades of green, pink, and sky blue. The models show lots of leg, delta wing shapes, plunging necklines, in an interesting exercise to cover and discover the body.
Recognizing Brazil when they arrived in 1500 was a dive into nature, which Triya experienced at the Cristalino Lodge, an Amazonian sanctuary, which also appears in the show's scenery.
Triya has an exclusive partnership with Schutz to produce a collection of shoes that will be sold in stores. The shoes mix the urban and sporty, with thick heels and sole treads, made of vinyl or lycra.
Engaged in reusing materials, in this edition Triya partners with the Damn Project, presented in the hand-made pants made from used jeans.
